- In the event we need to cancel the tour we will contact you on the day/day before the tour. Please be sure to note your mobile phone number, or the name of your accommodations where you can be reached.
- We can prepare a tour that best fits you and your group. Please let us know if you have any physical restrictions.

Booking Inquiries
- Please choose you preferred date from the calendar.
- This request will go to the booking agent.
- Date requests are first come, first served.
- Please be informed that the tour for your preferred date may be full even if the calendar shows it as open. In that case, the tour give may contact you to discuss alternative dates.
- After the request has been received, the tour guide will contact you by phone or email to confirm your tour.
- If you did not receive a confirmation from us within 2 business days, please contact us directly.
- We will accept bookings up to 7 days before the tour by 17：30.
