Mongaku Valley winery, adorned with soft stones from the Sapporo area and is nestled between light snowdrifts and waves of the Japan Sea. Among the wintertime vineyard's vines is a tranquil and picturesque place for snowshoeing and we'd like to invite you to join us.
After snowshoeing, there's solace in the winery, and the tour continues there, amongst those nearly century old stones. Grapes here are fermented with wild yeasts and tasting is the best way to understand how these traditional methods transform the grapes into such amazing wines.

- The tour may be cancelled due to severe weather conditions. (heavy rain, winds, snow and lightning etc.)
- In the event we need to cancel the tour we will contact you on the day/day before the tour. Please be sure to note your mobile phone number, or the name of your accommodations where you can be reached.
- We can prepare a tour that best fits you and your group. Please let us know if you have any physical restrictions.
